Introduction:
I developed a fully functional eCommerce website using Laravel for the backend and the Maoula theme template for the frontend. The site includes essential eCommerce features such as user registration and login, password reset via Gmail, and email verification upon registration.
It offers a comprehensive product management system with categories, subcategories, and brands, along with a product filter and a shop page.
Additionally, users can add products to a wishlist, manage their cart, and place orders. Ordered products are saved in the user’s profile, and a customer dashboard is provided where users can view their details, including orders and purchase history. This project demonstrates my ability to integrate complex backend services with a polished, user-friendly frontend interface.
Backend:
The backend system of this eCommerce website is fully functional and robust. Administrators can easily add new products, categories, and subcategories, as well as manage customers and orders. The content displayed on the homepage and other pages, such as “About Us” and “Contact Us,” is dynamic, allowing for seamless updates. The backend also includes a comprehensive settings section for managing the header, footer, discount coupons, and shipping charges.
Furthermore, the system features a blog functionality, enabling the admin to write and publish blog posts that are displayed on the frontend. This project highlights my expertise in creating a versatile and powerful backend system to support a full-featured eCommerce platform.
